The Mindset method for weight loss

This is the missing piece no matter how you choose to lose weight

Finally feeling at home in your body and feeling calm, confident, and free around food.

The mindset and emotional work behind lasting weight loss.

Two paths

You can keep doing what you're doing. Constantly thinking about your body. Promising yourself I'll start again Monday. Trying to stay on track, then falling off, then starting over.

Or you can do something genuinely different.

A way of eating, living, and relating to yourself that actually feels calm. Sustainable. Free.

Let's meet where you actually are

You've tried a lot of things. Some of them worked for a while. Some of them didn't work at all. And somewhere along the way, you stopped really believing any of it would stick.

You know what Monday feels like. The fresh-start energy. The new plan. The promise to yourself that this time will be different.

And you know what Thursday night feels like, too. When you're tired and under-nourished and standing at the pantry finishing the kids' biscuits, hating yourself for it.

You've been "good" all day and undone by 9pm more times than you can count.

You've been on and off most things. Keto, 5:2, shakes, clean eating, fasting, points, macros. You know the calorie count of foods you wish you didn't. You've been a member of a gym and felt like a fraud at the gym. You've lost weight and gained it back. Lost it and gained it back.

Maybe you've poured money into programs that left you more confused than clear. Maybe you're on a GLP-1 now and watching the weight come off for the first time in decades, but there's a quiet voice in the background asking, what happens when I stop? Maybe you've had weight loss surgery, or you're thinking about it, and you know on some level that the body part is only half of it.

And you are tired.

Tired of thinking about food all the time. Tired of the internal negotiation. Tired of the mental load. Tired of the war between the part of you that wants to change and the part of you that just wants to be comforted. Tired of starting again.

This isn't a willpower problem. It's a relationship problem. And that is exactly what we change here.

Imagine this

You wake up, and your first thought isn't your body. You eat breakfast, and you move on with your day. No overthinking. No guilt. No negotiation about whether it was "good" or "bad."

You have a hard afternoon at work and food isn't the only thing you reach for. You have tools now. You have other ways.

You go out for dinner with friends and you're actually there. Laughing. Listening. Present. Not running a silent commentary about what you ate, what you'll eat tomorrow, or how much you'll need to "make up for" on Monday.

Your bathers come out of the drawer and you don't dread them. You see photos of yourself and you don't flinch.

You've stopped starting again. No more all-or-nothing. The voice that used to call you "bad" for eating a slice of cake is quiet now. Not because you never eat cake, but because cake isn't a moral issue anymore.

And the weight? Whatever way you're approaching it, through nutrition, through a GLP-1, through Metabolic Balance, through surgery, or none of those, the work is finally sticking. Because what's underneath is finally supporting it.

You feel calm in your body. Clear in your choices. Quietly confident in yourself. And deeply, finally, at home.

Why this works (when the diets haven't)

The women I work with are intelligent, successful, and deeply committed. They've read the books. They know what to eat. That has never been the issue.

What shifts for them isn't more knowledge. It's a completely different relationship with themselves.

Here's what that looks like.

She starts recognizing her triggers instead of reacting to them. She understands the different parts of herself instead of fighting them. She replaces punishment with genuine self-care. She builds habits that support her, rather than habits that control her. She stops using food as her only source of comfort, relief, or reward. Her choices start coming from self-respect, not self-punishment.

And when the strategy (whatever physical strategy she's chosen to lose weight) lands on top of that? It finally sticks.

The truth about weight loss

Weight loss has never just been about food.

It's shaped by your emotions. Your stress. Your habits. Your nervous system. Your beliefs. Your relationship with yourself.

This is why so many women can lose weight and struggle to maintain it. Because if what's underneath doesn't change, the results don't last.

Research consistently shows that most overeating isn't driven by physical hunger. It's driven by stress, emotion, exhaustion, and unmet need. Your body is doing what it was wired to do, reaching for relief.

And the cycle of losing and regaining? That tends to be harder on the body than carrying extra weight steadily in the first place.

You are not the problem.

You've been sold an incomplete solution for decades. Everything focuses on the what of weight loss, and almost nothing on the why of eating.

This course fills that gap.

What you'll actually walk away with

You'll leave with your own food story mapped out, so you can finally understand why certain patterns keep showing up, even when you know better.

You'll leave with a real toolkit for handling emotional triggers, so you can feel stress, boredom, sadness, and tiredness without food having to fix them.

You'll leave with a reconnection to your own worth that isn't tied to your weight, so the scale stops running your week.

You'll have a way to sustain weight loss, even if it's never lasted for you before. Even if you're on a GLP-1 and worried about stopping. Even if you've had surgery and know mindset was the missing piece. Even if you've spent the last twenty years starting again.

You'll know how to eat, move, and live in a way that fits your actual life, so you never have to start over on another Monday again.

You'll have the emotional and mindset foundation that makes any approach you choose; nutrition, medication, surgery, Metabolic Balance, none of the above, actually hold.

What's included in this first round

Because this is the first intake, and because I wanted it to be deeply supportive rather than scaled, I am going to personally walk you through the entire course.

When you join this round, you'll also receive:

  • 4 one-on-one consultations with me — so the process is genuinely personal to your story, not a one-size-fits-all group experience

  • The Mindset for Weight Loss Journal — a guided companion with prompts for each week of the course, so the insights don't get lost in a notebook somewhere

  • Weekly live group calls with me — not pre-recorded modules you work through alone

  • Lifetime access to all course materials — so you can return to any phase, any time life brings you back to it

  • A private space for ongoing questions between calls — so you're never left stuck mid-week

These elements are part of the inaugural round only. Future intakes will be structured differently.

Here's how it works

The Mindset Method for Weight Loss runs over 10 weeks, delivered in four phases. Each phase builds on the one before moving you from awareness, into understanding, into change, and finally into food freedom.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–3) Why the diets haven't worked. Your real why, beyond the scale. And how stress, hormones, and biology have been quietly shaping every food decision you've made.

Phase 2 — Going Deeper (Weeks 4–6) The emotional eating cycle and what lives underneath it. The different parts of you the ones running old patterns and the ones longing for something else. The beliefs and stories, often handed to you young, that have quietly kept you stuck.

Phase 3 — Tools & Practice (Weeks 7–8) The practical framework I've built to bring all of this into daily life. Coping tools that don't rely on food. Circuit-breakers for the moments that used to undo you.

Phase 4 — Integration & Freedom (Weeks 9–10) How to sustain change in real life, including the messy middle. Self-acceptance. Your ongoing method for feeling at home in your body.

Each week includes:

  • A deep-dive teaching session with me

  • A reflection or worksheet

  • A live group call

  • A practice tool to try in your real life

Select weeks also include a one-on-one consultation with me, so we can personalize the journey where it matters most.

You'll have access to everything during the course and beyond.

The investment: $1,795 AUD (Live Round Discount) (Offer ends May 31st) or $1995 after. (payment plans available)

First intake: Begins June 3rd 2026. Spots are limited because of the personal support included.

If you tried to do this on your own

You probably already have.

And if you're being honest, the cost hasn't just been the money spent on programs that didn't address the real issue.

It's been the time. The years of trying.

It's been the energy, the mental real estate food and your body have been renting in your head, when you could have been present for your work, your family, your relationships, your life.

It's been the self-trust, eroded every time you tried something new and watched yourself "fail" at it.

And the weight cycling itself, which is harder on your body than carrying the weight in the first place.

You've worked hard. That isn't the problem.

The problem is that no one ever handed you this piece, the emotional and mindset foundation that makes every other approach actually work.

Frequently asked questions

I don't have a lot of time. Will I be able to do this? Yes. This is designed for real life. The work is simple, practical, and built to fit around your week — not take it over. All live calls are recorded if you can't make it live, and the practice tools are designed to integrate into things you're already doing.

I've tried everything. What makes this different? Most of the women I work with have tried everything. What makes this different is that we aren't working on the strategy. We're working on what's underneath it — the part that's been quietly running the show the whole time.

Do I have to give up certain foods? No. This is about building a calm, sustainable relationship with food — not another rule book.

Is there a payment plan? Yes. You can pay in full ($1,795 AUD early bird or $1995), or Afterpay to make it easier on your budget.

I'm using a GLP-1. Is this still for me? This is the ideal time to do this work. The medication is helping your body. This work helps everything else that determines whether the results last.

I've had weight loss surgery. Is this still for me? Yes, for the same reason. The surgery did its part. This is the piece that holds it.

What if I can't make a live call? All calls are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can send questions ahead of time if you know you can't make it, and I'll address them live.

What if it doesn't feel right for me? This is deeply personal work, and I want the right women in the room. If you're on the waitlist and want to talk it through before committing, reply to any of my emails or DM me and we'll have a real conversation about whether this is the right fit.

When does it start? The first intake begins June 2026.

How many places are available? This first round is intentionally small because of the personal support included. Spots are limited and will close once the group fills.

Unlike other programs

Most programs about weight loss focus on what to eat and how to move. This one focuses on why you eat the way you do — and why certain patterns have been so hard to shift.

Most group programs leave you to do the work alone between modules. This one includes 4 one-on-one consultations with me, because mindset work is personal by nature, and generic scripts don't reach the places that matter.

Most mindset programs work in isolation from what's happening in your body. This one meets women at every stage GLP-1s, weight loss surgery, perimenopause, post-menopause, Metabolic Balance, because none of those are separate from your mindset. They're all part of the picture.

And most programs don't come with twenty years of clinical experience working with women exactly like you. This one does.

Ready?

If you're using a GLP-1 and seeing results, this is the time to build the mindset and emotional foundation that makes them last.

If you're stuck in the cycle of dieting, starting over, and self-doubt, this is your opening to do something genuinely different.

You don't need more willpower. You don't need another strict plan. You need a different approach — one that works with you, not against you.

The first intake opens May 2026, with a small group of women doing this work alongside me. When you join the waitlist, I'll be in touch personally before the doors open.

How you’ll feel
